Almond Casaurina Beach has four Kids Clubs:
Nursery: Newborn - 23 months. Open 9am - 5pm
A full-service nursery providing indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old and offering such activities as story time, nursery rhymes, video time as well as all sorts of outdoor distractions such as the playground and kid's pool.
Mini Club: 2 - 4 years. Open 9am - 5pm
Jewellery making, puppet craft, flower art, sand craft, tie dye and t-shirt painting, playground, pool activities, sampling local goodies and movie matinee are amongst the activities on offer to keep young minds engaged.
Kids Club: 5 - 7 years & 8 - 12 years. Open 9am - 5pm
There is so much to do, it's hard to know how they will fit it all in; jewellery making, face painting, flower art, sand craft, tie dye and t-shirt painting, beach cricket and volleyball, junior chef, board games, movie star make over, Nintendo games and movies from 6pm onwards! On Friday evenings the older children will feel really grown up as they join the teen club members for the weekly disco.
Teen Centre: 13 years and over. Open 9am -5pm
Your teenagers can participate in all sorts of activities including tie dye & t-shirt painting, junior chef, beach sports, pool volleyball, board games, pool room, Nintendo games, movie star make over, and nightly movies at 6pm. Friday night is party night with the disco from 8.30-10.30!
The excellent Kid's Clubs together with the private babysitting service which is available for a locally payable fee means that parents have plenty of scope to find refuge in the spa, workout in the fitness centre, enjoy a late dinner for just two, or simply spend some quality time together as a couple.
The fun doesn't end on site either as Almond Resorts in Barbados actively supports and encourages your children to participate in the Barbados Summer Sport Camps. These camps are run by cricket, netball and football celebrities to teach and assist the children in their chosen sport; what a fabulous opportunity.
